HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals.
2. Provide strategic guidance to business leadership on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and organizational development.
3. Act as a key contact for business leadership to provide advice and support on HR related matters.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful HR operations.
5. Monitor and assess company performance and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
6. Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
7. Facilitate employee engagement through regular communication and feedback.
8. Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Analyze and report on HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes and drive business results.
10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
