Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
2. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with senior stakeholders on HR initiatives.
5. Develop and implement strategies to create a positive work culture and environment.
6. Monitor and evaluate employee engagement and performance.
7. Provide guidance and advice on employee issues.
8. Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new employees.
9. Prepare and track HR metrics and reports.
10. Manage the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
