Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a positive work culture and environment.
- Monitor and evaluate employee engagement and performance.
- Provide guidance and advice on employee issues.
- Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare and track HR metrics and reports.
