You should have strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing a large fleet of vehicles and ensuring that our services are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are in optimal condition and safe for use.
2. Utilize knowledge of logistics and customer service to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
3. Analyze and implement strategies to maximize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Monitor the performance of vehicles and take corrective action when necessary.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
7. Prepare and review reports related to fleet operations, performance, and budgeting.
8. Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
9. Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
10. Train and supervise fleet personnel on operational and safety procedures.
