We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager to join OLA's innovative team! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will not only be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles but also for ensuring our customer satisfaction and making sure our drivers are compliant with safety and insurance requirements.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. You must also have a valid driver’s license and a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. A degree in logistics or a related field is preferred but not required.If you are passionate about fleet management and customer service and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage OLA's fleet of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
- Monitor and manage fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and manage driver performance and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Track fleet performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Create reports and presentations for senior management.
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide customer service support for drivers and customers.
- Investigate and resolve any customer service issues.
