Finance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join OLA’s Finance team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires an individual who is able to interpret financial data and present it in a comprehensive way.To excel in this role, you will need to have a robust understanding of financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to process and interpret complex financial data. You will need to be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and interpret complex financial data.
2. Develop financial models and reports to assess the financial health of the company.
3. Monitor and forecast the organization's financial performance.
4. Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
5. Identify potential risks and opportunities to the company's financial performance.
6. Help develop and monitor financial strategies and plans.
7. Contribute to and help maintain the organization's financial policies and procedures.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
9. Provide financial advice and support to various departments.
10. Develop and present financial analysis and data to senior leadership.
