Responsibilities as a Driver Partner at OLA:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Ensure all trips are safe and comfortable.
  4. Abide by local traffic regulations and follow navigation instructions.
  5. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  6. Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up to date on local roads and traffic regulations.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the service.
