Job Description

As OLA’s Driver Partner, you will be a key part of our ride-sharing business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver’s license for at least three years, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. You should also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and have a passion for providing outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all OLA customers.
  2. Ensure safe and reliable transportation services for customers.
  3. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  4. Pass a background check.
  5. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Be available to work flexible shifts.
  8. Follow all company procedures and policies.
  9. Monitor vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
  10. Utilize GPS navigation to the most efficient routes.
