5. Maintain contact with the dispatch team to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
6. Promptly report any mechanical issues to the appropriate team.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and develop positive relationships with customers.
8. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
9. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and independently in challenging situations.
10. Work flexible hours and adjust schedule to meet customer demand.
