
Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at OLA. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring that their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service position. You should be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and handle difficult customer situations with poise and patience. In addition, a degree in customer service or a related field is preferred.If you have the qualifications and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and ensure that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer queries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Multi-task, prioritize tasks, and handle difficult customer situations with poise and patience.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Effectively manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the team.
- Participate in customer service training and workshops.
- Assist in developing customer service standards.
