
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager at OLA is a key position in our team responsible for driving business growth. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is looking to make an impact and take ownership of their role. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a strong knowledge of the industry, and a proven track record of success. They should have a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as the ability to form and nurture relationships with potential clients. To be successful in this role, the Business Development Manager must also have a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to effectively present and negotiate them.
Responsibilities:
-Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other methods
-Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
-Present and negotiate OLA's products and services to potential clients
-Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services
-Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
-Analyze industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them
-Create and maintain accurate customer and sales reports
-Provide guidance and support to other members of the team
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
