
Sr Compensation Analyst
Oasis Outsourcing is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies and programs that are tailored to our unique business needs. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of market trends and a proven track record of successful compensation program execution. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of compensation analysis, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. The individual should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management. The Senior Compensation Analyst will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization and will be a key contributor to the success of the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom compensation programs for Oasis Outsourcing
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for compensation strategies
- Monitor and adjust existing compensation plans to reflect changing market conditions
- Prepare reports and presentation materials to present to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and regulations
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and compliance in the organization’s compensation practices
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff members on compensation-related issues
- Assist in the creation and execution of annual salary surveys
