
Service Specialist - Dedicated Service Center

The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.Required qualifications for the Service Specialist - Dedicated Service Center role include an Associate's degree in a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field, and experience using customer service software. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions.
- Generate reports as needed to track customer satisfaction and other metrics.
- Update customer profiles in the customer service database.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in customer service policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new customer service staff members.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
