We are looking for a Service Specialist - Dedicated Service Center to join our team, someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is passionate about helping clients succeed. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.Required qualifications for the Service Specialist - Dedicated Service Center role include an Associate's degree in a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field, and experience using customer service software. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective resolutions to customer issues.
  3. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain documentation of customer interactions.
  5. Generate reports as needed to track customer satisfaction and other metrics.
  6. Update customer profiles in the customer service database.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Assist in training new customer service staff members.
  10. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
