Responsibilities:

  3. Effectively communicate solutions to customers.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oasis Outsourcing products and services.
  5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Ensure all customer service standards are met.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to address issues.
  9. Identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
  10. Assist other team members with customer service-related tasks.

Job Qualifications
