At Oasis Outsourcing, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Planning & Operations Manager to join our team. This unique individual will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales planning and operational processes to support the organization's objectives and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing sales operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales planning and operational processes to support the organization’s objectives and growth.
  2. Monitor, analyze and report on sales operations performance, identify areas of improvement, and suggest solutions.
  3. Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  4. Lead and motivate the sales operations team to meet established goals.
  5. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Monitor industry trends and best practices and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of sales operations.
