Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
2. Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Utilize data-driven metrics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external contacts.
5. Ensure a positive interview and onboarding experience for candidates.
6. Research and recommend best practices for recruiting and talent acquisition.
7. Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and provide regular reports to management.
8. Work with Human Resources team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Remain informed of current industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
10. Perform other related duties as required.
