
HR Business Partner, People Strategy
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, People Strategy to join the Oasis Outsourcing team and help build our people strategy from the ground up. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective people strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and goals.
- Establish relationships and build trust with stakeholders to ensure that the people strategy is effectively communicated and implemented.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the people strategy and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on all HR matters.
- Develop and manage effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement initiatives to promote a positive and engaged work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
