Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
  3. Maintain customer records and databases.
  4. Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services.
  7. Provide technical support to customers as needed.
  8. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
