Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage corporate commissions operations and ensure accuracy of commissions data.
  2. Monitor industry trends and develop strategies for maximizing commissions efficiency.
  3. Review and analyze corporate commission agreements for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Work with internal teams to ensure commission payments are captured and implemented in a timely manner.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Generate and analyze reports to ensure accuracy of commissions data.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of commission activities.
  8. Utilize software tools to track and report commission payments and activity.
  9. Assist with the development and implementation of corporate commission initiatives.
  10. Troubleshoot commission issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
