Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate commissions operations and ensure accuracy of commissions data.
- Monitor industry trends and develop strategies for maximizing commissions efficiency.
- Review and analyze corporate commission agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with internal teams to ensure commission payments are captured and implemented in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze reports to ensure accuracy of commissions data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of commission activities.
- Utilize software tools to track and report commission payments and activity.
- Assist with the development and implementation of corporate commission initiatives.
- Troubleshoot commission issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
