Job Description

At Oasis Outsourcing, our 401(k) Field Support Specialists are critical to providing outstanding customer support and guidance to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the knowledge and experience to be a successful 401(k) Field Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in the 401(k) retirement plan arena. Knowledge in the areas of plan design, pricing, implementation, and administration is essential. The ideal candidate should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations with clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer support and guidance to Oasis Outsource clients.
  2. Assist with 401(k) plan design, pricing, implementation, and administration.
  3. Maintain organized records and documents to ensure accuracy.
  4. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Handle difficult conversations with clients in a professional manner.
  6. Travel up to 25% of the time.
  7. Remain up to date on industry changes and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  9. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports to management as needed.
