The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all training activities within Oakley.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee training programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement training materials and resources for staff.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records, documents, and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of training.
- Identify training needs and gaps in the organization.
- Create and update job descriptions and organization charts.
- Design and develop training modules and materials for employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process by conducting job interviews and assessing candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on professional development and career planning.
