Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production assembly team.
2. Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop/implement solutions to maximize efficiency.
3. Maintain and enforce high standards of safety and quality control.
4. Train and mentor team members on assembly processes and procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure production materials are readily available.
6. Track production output and schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Communicate with upper management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
8. Develop production goals and objectives and establish performance standards.
9. Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Monitor employee performance and address any disciplinary issues.
11. Document and report production results to upper management.
