  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the Oakley store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
  5. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, following company merchandising guidelines.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and achieve company objectives.
  10. Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure the store has adequate stock of products.
  11. Monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.
  14. Prepare and manage store budgets, including sales goals, expenses, and payroll.
  15. Represent the Oakley brand and maintain a strong knowledge of product features and benefits.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Fashion Or Sports Apparel.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Merchandising Strategies To Ensure Store Displays Are Visually Appealing And Products Are Well-Stocked.

  • Familiarity With Sales And Financial Reporting, And Ability To Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions To Drive Sales And Profitability.
