Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join the Oakley team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing the team, and delivering exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, have a strong understanding of retail operations, and be an effective leader. They should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Responsibilites:

1. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of store targets
2. Develop and motivate store team to provide exceptional customer service
3. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
4. Monitor store operations and performance metrics
5. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
6. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales
7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
8. Recruit, manage and develop store team
9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries
10. Develop and implement store promotions to maximize sales
