Job Description

Oakley is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales.The Store Manager should have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a proven track record of success. They should be knowledgeable about Oakley’s product offerings and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.
  2. Drive sales by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
  4. Maintain awareness of current market trends and be knowledgeable about Oakley’s product offerings.
  5. Establish and implement store policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  7. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase store sales.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  10. Track store expenses and manage the store budget.
