Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Maintain awareness of current market trends and be knowledgeable about Oakley’s product offerings.
- Establish and implement store policies and procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase store sales.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
