The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role. Responsibilities of a Sr. Engineer - Quality (Lenses):

• Ensure that all lenses meet Oakley's stringent quality standards • Maintain the safety and accuracy of all lens related processes • Monitor and analyze lens quality data • Develop and improve processes to ensure quality of lenses • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met • Lead lens quality assurance teams • Identify and resolve any quality issues • Develop and implement quality control procedures • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards • Train and mentor junior staff members • Act as a quality advocate for the organization • Perform daily quality inspections and audits
