  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere for all visitors.
  2. Serve as a brand ambassador and product expert, possessing a thorough understanding of Oakley’s specialized products and services.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet those needs.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Oakley’s products, including features, materials, and technology.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to provide customers with the latest and most accurate information.
  8. Train and mentor new team members on Oakley’s products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  9. Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  10. Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales and customer service goals.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing Oakley in a positive light at all times.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  14. Participate in regular training and development initiatives to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the store team and company objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Specialized Consultant At Oakley Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Product Knowledge: A Successful Consultant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Oakley's Products, Their Features, And Benefits. They Should Be Able To Confidently And Effectively Communicate This Information To Customers.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Sales Lead, The Consultant Should Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Provide Personalized Recommendations To Customers Based On Their Needs And Preferences.   • Leadership Abilities: The Consultant Should Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates To Achieve Their Targets. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Such As Communication, Delegation, And Problem-Solving.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Oakley Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, And The Consultant Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Work Well Under Pressure. They Should Also Be Able To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
