  1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Oakley, showcasing a deep understanding and passion for the brand and its products.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oakley products and their features, benefits, and uses.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current industry trends and competitor products.
  6. Assist customers in finding the perfect product to meet their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  7. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  8. Act as a leader and role model for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Complete daily tasks, such as restocking shelves, inventory management, and cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  11. Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
  12. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store targets and objectives.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and contribute to a positive team culture.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers, team members, and products.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Oakley Products And Brand: A Specialized Consultant At Oakley Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Brand Philosophy. This Includes Knowledge Of The Technical Aspects Of Their Products, As Well As Their Unique Marketing And Branding Strategies.

  • Previous Sales Experience: As A Key Holder, The Specialized Consultant Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Prior Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry, Is Essential For This Position.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Oakley Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Its Clients. The Specialized Consultant Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Customers To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Leadership Abilities: As A Key Holder, The Specialized Consultant Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Store And Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Motivate Team Members, Are Essential For This Role.
