- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the Oakley store at Downtown Summerlin.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of sports and fashion to assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers by greeting them with a positive attitude and engaging in conversation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Oakley products, including features, benefits, and technology.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals by promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion and sports trends to offer relevant and on-trend product recommendations.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing appropriate solutions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays, shelves, and fitting rooms.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve expertise in sports and fashion.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and inventory counts.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Oakley brand with integrity.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Retail Industry, Particularly In The Field Of High-End Fashion And Accessories.
Strong Understanding Of Oakley's Brand And Product Line, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Promote The Brand To Customers.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Marketing And Customer Engagement Initiatives.
