Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner

-Provide customers with information about products and services

-Assist customers with product selection and purchases

-Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints

-Keep up to date with changes in product lines and product availability

-Keep store shelves stocked and organized

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Process cash and credit card payments

-Provide product knowledge and advice to customers

-Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment

-Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
