Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service, respond to customers' inquiries promptly and accurately.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered, as well as Oakley's policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure prompt and courteous service is provided to all customers.
  5. Meet sales goals and objectives established by management.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
  7. Utilize organized and efficient methods to process product returns and exchanges.
  8. Ensure store is neat, organized, and clean at all times.
  9. Assist in training new employees and providing feedback to management.
  10. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
