Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers and providing a superior shopping experience.
2. Providing product knowledge and advice to customers to help them find the perfect product.
3. Operating cash registers and other retail technology.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized store.
5. Upholding the Oakley brand and representing it in a professional manner.
6. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
7. Working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Stocking shelves and rotating inventory.
9. Processing returns and exchanges.
10. Supporting other store associates as needed.
