Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide knowledgeable advice on product selection and answer customer inquiries.
  3. Process customer purchases using the point-of-sale system.
  4. Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and restock inventory.
  5. Ensure store is kept tidy and clean at all times.
  6. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as appropriate.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and alert management of stock shortages.
  8. Accurately document sales transactions and maintain records of customer purchases.
  9. Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of customers and merchandise.
  10. Work with team to achieve individual and store targets.
