Manager - Maintenance (Tech Support)

Oakley is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and tech-savvy Manager - Maintenance (Tech Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in technical support, maintenance, and IT. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of our IT systems and network. You should have an eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as experience with network and system design. You must also possess strong leadership and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day maintenance and technical support for Oakley’s IT systems and network
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Design and implement network and system solutions
• Monitor system performance and security
• Provide leadership and guidance to other IT staff
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal system performance
• Train and mentor new IT staff
• Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation
• Create reports on system performance and security
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Provide web development and database administration services as needed
