  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all automated systems and equipment in the production facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automated systems and develop efficient solutions to ensure uninterrupted production.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all automated systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  4. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in automation technology in order to make recommendations for improvement and upgrade.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions that improve productivity and quality.
  6. Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians in the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
  7. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  8. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify potential issues and suggest improvements.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with automated systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and escalate any issues as needed.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  12. Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of Automated Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Plc Programming And Troubleshooting, As Well As Experience With Hmi And Scada Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Experience With Preventative And Predictive Maintenance Techniques, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices For Equipment Maintenance.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work Independently To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
