  4. Process and complete eyewear orders and transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to effectively assist customers.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  8. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  10. Continuously develop and improve knowledge and skills related to eyewear and customer service.

Job Qualifications

  • Completion Of A Recognized Opticianry Program: A Licensed Optician At Oakley Must Have Completed A Recognized Opticianry Program, Which Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Dispense And Fit Eyeglasses And Contact Lenses.

  • State Licensure: A Valid State License Is Required To Practice As An Optician At Oakley. This Ensures That The Individual Has Met The Minimum Requirements And Standards Set By The State For Dispensing Eyewear.

  • Experience In The Optical Industry: Oakley Seeks Candidates With Prior Experience In The Optical Industry, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Eyewear Industry And Customer Service Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Licensed Optician, One Must Possess Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Interact With Customers And Address Their Eyewear Needs Effectively.
