  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge of different eyewear styles, brands, and features to assist customers in selecting the best options for their needs and preferences.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate eyewear fittings for customers, ensuring proper fit and comfort.
  4. Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other features to enhance their eyewear experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in eyewear technology.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including displays and inventory.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
  10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
  11. Maintain a valid optician's license and stay knowledgeable about state regulations and requirements.
  12. Attend training and development opportunities provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely delivery of eyewear orders.
