Job Description

At Oakley, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and organized store environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and has the drive to help us achieve our goals.   1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Serve as a role model for the rest of the team by exhibiting a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  3. Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed and the store is secure at all times.
  4. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products and brand in the best possible way.
  6. Train and mentor new team members on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, following company policies and procedures.
  8. Assist in achieving sales goals by actively promoting products and executing promotions and events.
  9. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  11. Continuously strive to improve store performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Oakley brand values and promoting our products and services.
  13. Complete any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Oakley Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably With A Focus On Sales And Customer Service.
