  1. Develop and implement global market access strategies and plans for Novartis products, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Analyze and monitor healthcare systems and payer landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges for market access.
  3. Conduct pricing and reimbursement assessments and develop pricing strategies for Novartis products.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and government agencies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that market access strategies are aligned with the overall business objectives.
  6. Evaluate and monitor the performance of Novartis products in terms of market access and pricing.
  7. Provide guidance and support to local market access teams and assist in resolving market access issues.
  8. Keep abreast of changes in the healthcare environment and provide insights to inform future market access strategies.
  9. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects to support the overall success of Novartis.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to market access and pricing.
  11. Act as a brand champion, promoting the value of Novartis products and the importance of market access to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Represent Novartis at conferences, meetings, and other events related to market access and pricing.
  13. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors' market access strategies and provide insights to inform Novartis' strategies.
  14. Collaborate with other value and access managers globally to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to market access and pricing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare Consulting, Or Market Access.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Regulatory Environment In Relevant Markets.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Develop Strategic Plans To Optimize Market Access For Products.
