Novartis is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Thought Leader Liaison in Dermatology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with top thought leaders and shape the direction of our dermatology products. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the dermatology landscape.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders in the field of dermatology.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and engage with potential thought leaders.
  3. Facilitate and coordinate meetings and events with thought leaders to gather insights and feedback on products.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Novartis dermatology products and provide thought leaders with up-to-date information.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate and promote Novartis products to thought leaders.
  6. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the dermatology market.
  7. Utilize knowledge of the dermatology landscape to identify potential collaborations and partnerships.
  8. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on key opinion leader engagement and thought leader perspectives.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and changes in the regulatory landscape.
  10. Represent Novartis at conferences, meetings, and other events to build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Related Field, Preferably With Specialization In Dermatology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Thought Leader Liaison Or In A Similar Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Dermatology Landscape, Including Key Opinion Leaders, Treatment Trends, And Emerging Therapies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Thought Leaders And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Thought Leader Engagement Plans And Driving Key Insights And Recommendations To Support Business Objectives.
