- Lead and manage a team of intake specialists, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of patient information.
- Monitor and maintain department performance metrics to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake process.
- Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures for the intake department.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to patient privacy and data security.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Human Resources.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Intake Processes And Procedures, As Well As An Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
