  1. Lead and manage a team of intake specialists, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of patient information.
  2. Monitor and maintain department performance metrics to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  3. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake process.
  5. Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures for the intake department.
  6. Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  8. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare and patient intake.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to patient privacy and data security.
  10. Promote a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Human Resources.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Intake Processes And Procedures, As Well As An Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Intake Processes And Increase Efficiency.
