1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent for Novartis globally.
2. Drive the transformation of the organization by identifying and implementing innovative and effective talent management practices.
3. Lead the development and execution of learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and create a pipeline of high-potential employees for key roles.
5. Design and implement performance management processes to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
6. Partner with HR and business leaders to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
