  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough and effective candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role and the organization.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job postings and advertisements that accurately represent the role and the company.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve and refine recruitment strategies and processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure Novartis remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador for Novartis, promoting our mission and values to potential candidates.
  9. Attend career fairs, conferences, and other events to proactively network and identify potential candidates.
  10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  11. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment efforts to senior leadership.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and selection processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to attract top talent and improve efficiency.
