  1. Manage and oversee supply chain logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective transport of products.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to supply chain logistics, including but not limited to Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  5. Continuously analyze and improve supply chain logistics processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Communicate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and customer service, to coordinate and track orders and shipments.
  7. Manage and resolve any supply chain logistics issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of supply chain logistics activities to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain logistics operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain logistics to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and disruptions in the supply chain.
  12. Train and mentor new team members to ensure a high level of competency and performance in supply chain logistics operations.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain logistics activities and performance metrics.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Novartis and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Logistics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
