  1. Manage tax compliance: The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all tax laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. This includes preparing and filing tax returns, as well as monitoring changes in tax laws and adjusting processes accordingly.
  2. Oversee tax reporting: The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax reports, including financial statements and disclosures, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  3. Assist with tax planning: The Senior Tax Analyst will work closely with the tax team to develop and implement tax planning strategies that minimize the company's tax liabilities and maximize financial performance.
  4. Conduct tax research: The candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date on current tax laws, regulations, and rulings to provide guidance and support to the tax team and the company as a whole.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: The Senior Tax Analyst will work with various departments within the company, as well as external auditors and tax authorities, to gather information and provide support for tax-related matters.
  6. Maintain accurate records: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and accurate tax records and documentation to support tax compliance and reporting.
  7. Analyze financial data: The Senior Tax Analyst will analyze financial data to identify potential tax savings opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders: The candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating complex tax concepts and information to various stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues, and external partners.
  9. Ensure internal controls: The Senior Tax Analyst will work to ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place to mitigate tax-related risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Stay current on industry trends: The candidate will be expected to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in tax compliance, reporting, and planning to continuously improve processes and procedures within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us Tax Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Tax Planning And Compliance For Multinational Corporations

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Preferred.
