  1. Lead and oversee a team of case managers to provide exceptional support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality and efficient case management services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in case management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the team, providing guidance and support on complex cases.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to case management.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective case management.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on team performance, key metrics, and any issues or challenges.
  11. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of case management staff.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, representing Novartis and its mission in a professional and positive manner.
  13. Support and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  14. Display a strong commitment to patient-centric care and continually seek ways to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and maintain the privacy and security of patient information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or A Related Field, With At Least 3 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical And Healthcare Industry Regulations, Including Hipaa And Fda Guidelines.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Case Management Strategies And Processes, With A Focus On Improving Patient Outcomes And Maximizing Efficiency.
