- Develop and implement global reward strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and best practices in reward programs.
- Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of compensation and benefits, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing reward programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead the annual salary review process and ensure timely and accurate delivery of compensation adjustments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the delivery of reward programs.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our reward offerings.
- Communicate and educate employees on the company's reward philosophy and programs.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on compensation and benefits topics.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all compensation and benefits systems.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market data to ensure competitiveness of reward programs.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Managing Global Rewards Programs: A Senior Rewards Business Partner At Novartis Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Global Rewards Programs. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Structures, Incentive Plans, And Recognition Programs.
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitor Analysis, And Regulatory Frameworks.
