1. Develop and implement company-wide ethics and compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop strategies to mitigate and manage risk.
4. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company's policies and procedures remain effective and compliant.
5. Lead investigations into potential violations of ethics or compliance policies and take appropriate actions to address and resolve any issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective training programs on ethics, risk, and compliance topics.
7. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
8. Maintain and update the company's code of conduct and other relevant policies to reflect changes in laws and regulations, industry trends, and company practices.
9. Oversee the implementation of an effective whistleblower program to encourage employees to report any potential ethical or compliance concerns.
10. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry associations, to stay informed and influence the development of relevant regulations and standards.
11. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on the company's ethical and compliance performance and initiatives.
12. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
13. Lead and manage a team of ethics and compliance professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
