  1. Manage all legal aspects of divestment transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  2. Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal risks and challenges in divestment deals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  4. Provide legal support and guidance to business leaders throughout the divestment process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to divestments and healthcare industry.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders involved in divestment transactions.
  7. Analyze and advise on potential legal implications of divestment strategies and decisions.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure successful divestment transactions.
  9. Participate in negotiations and provide legal expertise to help achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of divestment transactions.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation related to divestments.
  12. Train and mentor junior legal staff and provide guidance on divestment processes and procedures.
  13. Conduct post-transaction reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to divestments, if necessary.
  15. Embody the company's values and demonstrate a commitment to ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience As A Legal Counsel, With A Focus On Divestment Transactions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Principles And Regulations Related To Divestments, Including Antitrust Laws And Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Proven Negotiation Skills And Experience In Drafting And Reviewing Complex Legal Contracts And Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
