- Lead and oversee the Global Program Safety Team responsible for the safety and efficacy of Novartis products worldwide.
- Develop and implement global safety strategies and plans in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor the safety profile of assigned products and identify potential safety issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the evaluation and management of safety signals.
- Collaborate with global regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety data.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to benefit-risk evaluations of products.
- Communicate safety concerns and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive safety initiatives.
