  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures using advanced technology to ensure the safety and efficacy of Novartis products.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality control information technology professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and software tools that enhance quality control processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality control systems and processes at Novartis.
  5. Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of quality control systems and processes to identify any deviations or areas for improvement.
  6. Utilize data analysis and other tools to identify and troubleshoot quality control issues, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  7. Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards, including FDA, ICH, and GMP.
  8. Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control processes, test results, and other relevant data.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in quality control processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on quality control information technology, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  11. Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure their understanding and adherence to quality control standards and processes.
  12. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall development and enhancement of the quality control function at Novartis.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Quality Control Processes And Procedures Within The Information Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Quality Control In Information Technology, Including Iso And Fda Guidelines.
